The noise from outside can be disruptive, especially in the morning, as the bins are collected early.

The breakfast service at Courtyard was exceptional. Despite a shortage of staff on the first morning, they quickly improved the following day. The hot and cold dishes offered were diverse and delicious, providing a satisfying start to the day. The staff worked hard to replenish the food promptly, ensuring everyone's needs were met. Additionally, the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the friendly and helpful reception staff, made for a pleasant stay. The convenient location, near the town center and tram, added to the overall positive experience.

Very central location, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. the hotel room and bar were spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the presence of a little fridge in the room was a nice touch. There is a Tesco extra across the road that stays open till 1am. the shopping center is just a 5-minute walk away.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were dreadful, resulting in a sore neck. the only food we had, cheesecake, was inedible.

The staff in the restaurant were professional and attentive, making my dining experience enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Edinburgh for a gig at the nearby Playhouse. The location was perfect and easy to find. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to the playhouse, cinemas, and Rabbie's cafe for tours outside Edinburgh. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, with a must-visit Turkish restaurant on the same street. The spacious rooms and friendly staff were a definite plus for our adventure travel needs.

The hotel is well-located, right next to the theatre, in the city centre, and near the Omni centre with all the restaurants. It's also within walking distance of all the attractions. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are a good size with walk-in showers. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The hotel has a bar and offers excellent service.

There were some issues with the TV reception in the rooms.

Staying here was a wonderful experience! I loved the location because it was close to all the attractions in the city center. The staff were really helpful and courteous, and I felt like I was in good hands. The room was so comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a sink. I also appreciated the fact that there was free Wi-Fi and a free welcome drink!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities were well-maintained. The location was excellent as it was close to the main streets of this city and the hotel was very close to the playhouse. We also appreciated the fact that the transportation was easy, as it was right at the end of the tram line making it incredibly easy to get to the airport. The staff were informative, helpful, and very kind. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent, and there was a large selection available.
